Simplytext is as easy as A B C!
If you just want to send out Promotional messages and Special Offers
or Notices to your Customers here's what you do: suitable for Hotels, Leisure Centres, Restaurants, Clubs, Pubs, Motor Dealers, Churches...actually just any business that wishes to promote itself directly to its customers!
A. You log in to your Simplytext Account.
B. Decide what text messages to want to send, either to all your Customers or by location or perhaps you want to narrow it down to those interested in attending your regular events or Concerts or your Spa/Club Members or you have a Table Quiz on in the Pub tonight and it will go ahead regardless of the weather!
C. Press SEND and in a matter of minutes your message is reaching your Customers.
If you want to wait and send them next week or some date in the future; just schedule your messages to be automatically sent then using our Calendar feature
If you want your customers to order or book directly here's what you do: Particularly suitable for TAKE-AWAYS and Deli Counters
A. Log in to your Simplytext account and send your Customers a text .
Send them a Special Offer perhaps! How about a €5 special meal deal for today only?...or Free Delivery around town just this week?....or Steaks for the BBQ at sizzling prices?...or a book a Round of Golf for this weekend only at a special rate?....or reserve a table for Dinner tonight with a free bottle of wine? Turn a quiet time into a busy time within minutes!
B. Your Customers text or ring you back with an Order or Booking.
C. Get the Simplytext Communications Terminal from us also and have it print out their reply with an Order/Booking number.
If you don't have a Computer or don't know how to use one, you can use our Broadcast feature: send bulk texts from your mobile phone. Yes that's right!
A. You're sitting at home watching TV; or maybe you are parked in your car; or just having a leisurely coffee or perhaps you are on holiday and you suddenly think "wouldn't that be a great text message to send to my customers who love going to concerts?" All you need to is:

C. Choose your customers in your "Concert" folder and press SEND. It's as easy as that - and you can designate up to 5 mobile numbers to use your Broadcast feature - very useful for Sports Clubs various Team Managers!
